Ingredients:
1/2 cup white corn syrup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup butter
1 cup pecans
Wind and Willow Original Bread Mix
1 (12 oz.) can of beer
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9 x 13 pan with cooking oil. Heat corn syrup, brown sugar, and butter in microwave on high setting for one minute;
stir and cook another minute on high. Pour mixture into the bottom of prepared pan and sprinkle pecans evenly over the syrup. In a large mixing bowl,
combine bread mix, beer, sugar, oil, eggs, vanilla, and cinnamon. Mix on medium setting until well blended. Pour over syrup and nut mixture. Bake 30
minutes or until golden and done in the middle and immediately invert onto serving platter or into a slightly larger baking dish.
