Ingredients:
Wind and Willow Southern Corn Bread Mix
(1) 15 oz. can cream style corn
vegetable oil for deep frying

Directions: Combine Mix and cream style corn. Drop by spoonful in hot oil. Turn 1/2 way through cooking to brown other side. Place on paper towel to drain. Eat! You may like to sprinkle with powdered sugar or serve with honey. Makes 2 dozen fritters.
